As a UK based teacher and trainer, William has a very diverse portfolio of technical and personal development courses designed, delivered and evaluated with a robust after care service. Prior to becoming a freelance trainer trading as QED Training, he was for nearly 20 years the UK Head of Personnel and Training for the UK Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC).
And before that promotion he was one of the EOC’s Tribunal and County Court Officers helping to represent people taking discrimination claims from both an employment and customer care perspective. And he provided an advisory service to employers in the private, public and not for profit sectors.Today, when not training people in William is a volunteer advocate in the north west helping people at the margins of society with job search, mentoring and also bullying, discrimination, harassment,employment, immigration and welfare benefit claims.
Today, as a UK based self-employed trainer/teacher working across the country with a huge range of employers as well as the voluntary advice work, he undertakes in his home city in the North West of England, William is well placed to provide advice, help, support and information on a mixed bag of job-related topics in the country.
